I hope you kept your Entrant's Confirmation Number, otherwise you will not be able to check your status.
Visas will be issued in fiscal year 2013 which will begin on October 1, 2012.
As an immigrant myself, I would like to wish all DV-2013 applicants, Best of Luck!

Edit: I kept an eye on a forum dedicated to DV Lottery from my native country, Romania and it's a little bit odd. Only 3 winners and all of them over 40 years old (there is nothing wrong with this age)!  Last year around this time, on the same forum were at least 2 dozen winners. These numbers are not relevant, but still some sort of barometer, I would say! Hmm...! Let's see what tomorrow brings!
